⭐ CALL TO ACTION — A FAMILY IS RUNNING OUT OF TIME ⭐
Do you want to hear a heartbreaking story that is happening right now in Ohio?
This week, we helped file a Judicial Release motion for Donald P. Barth II in Crawford County (Case No. 24-CR-0187). In that filing, Donald explained that his mother was seriously ill.
Today, everything changed.
We were notified that his mother now has days to weeks to live.
This is an urgent humanitarian crisis — yet the prison is refusing to allow Donald any final contact. No video call. No phone conference. Not even a supervised farewell.
Why?
Because his dying mother is not currently on his visitation list.
This is not justice.
This is not humanity.
This is not how our system is supposed to treat families in crisis.
Ohio law DOES allow courts to grant compassionate release under R.C. 2929.20 when extraordinary circumstances arise — and this is exactly that situation.
Tonight, we drafted and prepared an Emergency Motion to alert Judge Sean Leuthold of the new life-or-death circumstances, and we are fax-filing it immediately so the Court receives it without delay.
But we need your help.
Your voice matters more than you think.
👉 Please share this post.
👉 Please pray for Donald and his mother.
👉 Please stand with us as we demand compassion in moments like this.
No person should lose the chance to say goodbye to their mother because of a paperwork technicality.
Not in Ohio.

We will continue fighting — because every family deserves dignity, mercy, and a final moment of closure.
Giving the unheard a voice.
Giving families hope when the system tries to take it away.
